Errota-Barri does not have a continuous reception service, so we need to know in advance what time guests will arrive to ensure we are there to welcome them. We offer luggage storage (free of charge) in case you wish to leave your luggage before check-in time or later than check-out time.
Guests have a key to their room and the main door and are free to come and go at their convenience. Please do not forget to return the set of keys before leaving the establishment at the end of your stay.
- Breakfast: from 9:00 to 11:00; not included in the room price and must be arranged in advance. If you wish to have breakfast earlier or later, please let us know.
- To ensure the rest and well-being of our guests, pets or animals are not allowed. Rooms are for NON-smokers only.
- Spanish, English, and German are spoken.
- Errota-Barri is not available for celebrations, parties, or gatherings that generate noise or may disturb.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE
- Breakfast: €13.00 per person per day (VAT included). Schedule: 8:30-10:30 (other times possible, please inquire). Must be arranged in advance.
- You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. You will pay the full price of the first night if you cancel within 5 days before the arrival date. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price.
"The breakfast is buffet-style and includes: freshly squeezed orange juice; coffee, tea, infusions, or cocoa; assortment of jams and cereals; butter; virgin olive oil; bread; homemade cake; ham; cheese; fresh tomato; fresh fruit; yogurt and eggs."
